Courtney Wagner arrested - Actress Natalie Wood's daughter arrested on drug charges, Courtney Wagner, the 38-year-old daughter of deceased actress Natalie Wood and actor Robert Wagner, was arrested this week after police allegedly found drugs inside her Malibu home. Police were reportedly called to Wagner's house after someone reported hearing a woman scream, followed by gunfire.



Natalie Wood and Robert Wagner's daughter, Courtney Wagner, has been arrested for cocaine and heroin possession, stemming from a violent incident last Sunday, TMZ reports.

Wagner was involved in a heated altercation inside of her Malibu home that ended with a gunshot. A bystander, who heard screaming and the gunshot from the house, called the police. Upon their arrival, authorities found both cocaine and heroin in the 38-year-old's home. The film legends' daughter is reportedly charged with suspicion of felony drug possession and is currently out on bail.

As for the gunshot, no one was wounded but the unidentified male with whom Wagner was arguing was arrested for "negligent discharge of a firearm," according to TMZ.

But like mother, like daughter, when it comes to involvement in eyebrow-raising incidents. Courtney's mother, Natalie Wood, drowned off the coast of Catalina Island in 1981, while on a trip with Robert Wagner and Christopher Walken. But decades since the on-screen siren's death, there are still whisperings of foul play. In November 2011, Los Angeles police uncovered new information in Wood's case, but later ruled her death an accident.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, cops were called to the Malibu home of 38-year-old Courtney Wagner last Sunday -- when someone heard a woman screaming ... followed by a gunshot.

When officers arrived, we're told Courtney was found in possession of cocaine and heroin. She was arrested on suspicion of felony drug possession.

The other person involved in the argument -- a male -- was placed under arrest for negligent discharge of a firearm. We're told nobody was injured.

Courtney has since posted $10,000 bail. It's unclear if the other person is still in custody.
