Retired American Hall of Fame professional basketball player, actor and author, Dennis Rodman, has an estimated net worth of less than $1 million. The fierce rebounder played alongside Michael Jordan on three championship Chicago Bulls teams in the 1990s. But he was better known for his eccentric and attention-hunting behavior, especially his habit of changing hair colors weekly or daily. The same traits made him a media darling: Rodman was paired with Jean Claude van Damme in the movie Double Team (1997) and wrote the best-selling book Bad As I Wanna Be.
In 1998 he married actress and model Carmen Electra, a union which ended the in just a year. After leaving the Chicago Bulls, Rodman played with for Los Angeles Lakers and later Dallas Mavericks before finally dropping out of the league in 2000. He attempted a comeback in 2005 but didn’t work out, and by 2012 his attorney was publicly calling him broke and sick, with very little marketability as an athlete or celebrity. Dennis Rodman finally retired in 2006.
Dennis Rodman was born in New Jersey and has an estimated net worth of -$1 million dollars. A professional basketball player until his retirement in 2006, Dennis Rodman was known as much for his incredible rebounding ability and aggressive style, as for his flamboyant and controversial off-court behavior. He played for the Detroit Pistons, the San Antonio Spurs, the Chicago Bulls, and the Houston Rockets, among other teams.
On March 27, 2012 Dennis Rodman appeared in court to face charges that he owes over $800,000 in child support to an ex wife. Rodman’s lawyers claim that the former superstar is completely broke and cannot pay a dime. During his NBA career, Rodman earned $27 million in salary and millions more in endorsements.
