According to the Orange County Sheriff's Department website, Kahl was also released on August 3, after getting a bail bond. His bail amount was not listed.
The 29-year-old reality star was accused of allegedly assaulting a man and a woman at a nightclub on January 15, 2012 at 2:47 a.m. in Fresno, California.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Kahl was thought to be under the influence of alcohol and a drug known as toluene, an inhalant found in paint thinners.
Kahl was released around 8:30 a.m. and his rep told People magazine at the time that his client was "shaken by the circumstances" but "a bit confused as to what happened."
"Kasey and his friends were hanging out outside of the club where police officers allegedly thought they were being too loud," Harlow told the weekly. "Kasey, along with a couple friends, were taken to the police station, but were released a couple hours later. No charges were or have been filed against him."
In November, Kahl made headlines after he and "The Bachelor" star Vienna Girardi called it quits.
The couple, who began dating earlier last year, revealed on their official Twitter pages that they had broken up.
"Yes Vienna and I have split. It's been 5 weeks now. I can't fake it anymore. I will always love, be there for her, and wish her the best," Kahl wrote on November 13.
"@KaseyRKahl will always be my best friend, but yes we have split. No idea what the future holds for us but we will always remain friends," Girardi wrote on her Twitter page around the same time. Kahl appeared to endorse her statement by reTweeting the statement. Vienna Girardi is likely best known as the contestant who won the heart of Jake Pavelka on "The Bachelor" season 14. Girardi was engaged to Pavelka from March 1, 2010 until June 2010, when they broke and shared their stories to various tabloids. Kahl was a contestant on "The Bachelorette" season 6 where he tried to win the heart of Ali Fedotowsky before being eliminated. Kahl was best known for getting his catch phrase, "guard and protect your heart" tattooed on his wrist, in an effort to impress Fedotowsky. Kahl also serenaded the bachelorette in what was one of the more awkward "Bachelorette" moments,
